Description

The Large Magellanic Cloud taken while I was experimenting with my stock Canon7D Mark II, Samyang 135mm F2 lens and Ioptron SkyTracker. No calibration frames. This is just one 2 minute sub as other frames were ruined by me tripping over the mount and the moon rising before I could get it all going again :-). Nonetheless, I can see why a lot of people love this lens. Perfect field of view for a lot of great targets.
After I finished imaging, I just laid down on the grass and looked up at a perfectly clear night sky. Fantastic.
