Description

For me the most complicated scene to shoot is when the trees are present in the frame.
I like to stack night photos in order to reveal more details and get rid of the noise. (I wrote about this technique in Neowise post).
Stacking is done separately for the sky and for the ground, otherwise you get one of those blurry.
When stacking is done, two images are combined in one. That’s when the hassle comes! Each leave and branch should be carefully selected and separated from the sky. Sometimes it takes ages and I give up half way (that’s why I don’t have many forest photos).
But when I’m persistent with my goal I really love the result!
