Description

The Tulip Nebula! This one actually looks like a flower, kinda. I'll take it, considering the names other nebulae have. The dark lane in the middle is quite striking and looks a bit like a smiley face.

This was taken when the Saharan dust was obscuring my view and during a full moon. The light pollution looked brown, as well as a giant ball of brown surrounding the moon. Not the best imaging conditions, but the seeing was up to par, being around 2.2" FWHM on the worst night and 1.9" on the best.
