Unlike my last deep sky image (Leo Triplet - which I wanted deeply to shoot since a lot of years), the idea of this project came out thinking during that session.
In fact, I wanted to collect more Lights in the hours after the Leo Triplet shooting was finished. So this is the first time I started a multiple nights project on 2 different objects in the same session.
I wanted a object high in the Sky, because of the LP of my city. It wasn't an easy choice, because there were others beautiful galaxies to shoot, more famous and more bright. I decided to go with Ngc 4725, because it was the first time for me, and also a little bit less shot than galaxies more famous, so maybe could turn out more interesting.
It's common to highligh the problems met during the sessions; well, this time I can say with pleasure that my setup worked fine for all the 5 weeks (yes, more than 1 months to collect 6 clear nights, due to bad weather). It's a pure joy to shot like this... crossing fingers for the future.
Only this season I realized one thing. Before I couldn't understand it, because i had a smaller telescope, and then a camera not good enough. This year i matched a nice gear and i understood that... I like to shoot galaxies!
Impressive that I realized it only after years of astrophoto; well, my LP city sky isn't of this opinion anyway...
I finished the processing during my birthday, and I think it came out a nice gift from the Sky for me.
