Description

The nebula is a supernova remnant in the constellation Gemini, The Twins, in a distance of more or less than 5000 lightyears from my front porch.
The brightest star in the image is Propus, Eta Geminorum, which is a red giant of magnitude 3,25
I  had the pleasure of a cold and clear sky for three weeks now, with temperatures down to -19°C at night. Well….. it`s actually not a pleasure to get up from bed at 6 in the morning and stick the nose beyond the outdoor for driving to work.
But the telescope, mount, cameras and the electronic devices worked very fine in these temperatures.
Earlier this year I found a couple of tadpoles in the constellation Auriga, The charioteer.
This time I set out to catch a Jellyfish in the constellation Gemini.
