Description

About It: _________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Out in the wild, I was lucky enough to catch a glowing worm (Lampyra) that seems to respond to the lunar radiance by pointing towards the sky its abdomen radiating a powerful green light, so mesmerizing and unreal… It reminds us how beautiful the world is, who knows how to take the time to look at it!!! It is also a small nod to the problem of light pollution, responsible for the disappearance of so many nocturnal animals… Since it is a female that turns her abdomen towards the sky, in order to attract the males, which have the particularity of flying (not the female). But that’s it. Because of the night light pollution, the males can no longer discern the low light of their females.
