Description

NGC 6334 is an emission nebula and star-forming region located in the constellation Scorpius. Also designated as Gum 64, it was discovered by John Herschel in 1837, who observed it from the Cape of Good Hope in South Africa. This data was acquired by Lloyd Smith and the good folks at Deep Sky West. I replaced the original version on 9/8/22 with one that is more natural and has a better H-alpha blend. Thanks!
