Description

Compilation of OSC RGB and IR Mars images from the morning of November 4, 2020 taken under average seeing and transparency. Now a month past opposition, Mars was showing a disc 19.5 arcsecs in diameter at magnitude of -2.0. Prominent dark albedo features include Mare Acidalium (along the meridian to the north), Aurora Sinus (to the left and south of the meridian) and Sinus Meridiani (to the right and south of the meridian).
