Description

Sh2-101, is a nebula that is located in the constellation of the Swan, specifically in what we could consider the neck of that bird that crosses the skies of the northern hemisphere every summer, the shape of this nebula reminds of a tulip, due to This is also known as the "Tulip Nebula", this nebula is part of a region rich in HII, and is very close to the Cygnus X-1 micro quasar. It is undoubtedly a region full of wonders in the form of stars, dust and gas. Because every year there is an object inside the swan that I want to photograph.

This beautiful nebula is located approximately 6000 a.l. away from us.

It has been acquired from the remote observatory Deep Sky West in Rowe New Mexico, where my dear friends and fellow fans Jim Y Linda Powell has hosted her great team.

Thank you very much, dear friends.
