Description

This object is an open cluster located 2000 light years away in the constellation of Perseus at a declination of +37 degrees. The cluster spans 16 arc-minutes in our apparent view, which corresponds to a diameter of 8 light years.

This cluster looks nice to me because it has a board distribution of star magnitudes and colors. Many bright blue and orange stars are visible. The cluster stands out from the background well. In my information search, I didn't find anything particularly interesting about this object.
