I have just bought a Samyang 135mm mainly due to all the excellent images I have seen here and reviews from various well known Youtube astro photograhers such as Trevor from AstroBackyard. This is my 1st attempt at F2 and I am very happy with the result (yes I know it's far from perfect). I used the ASI Air alongside my NEQ6 (StellarDrive converted by Dave at Darkframe in the UK) instead of a PC to control my ZWO ASI 183MC connected to the Samyang 135mm FC lens but fitted the Optolong L-eNhance 2" filter, which is a narrow band filter for OSC camera's giving line separation in Hb, O3, and Ha. I used Astro Pixel Processor version 1.75 beta, and Photoshop for final processing.
Description: I noticed that the dark frame removal of the horrendous amp glow inherent on all ZWO 183 camera's had not cut the mustard on the 1st publication, so I re-did the darks and also did 3 x intterations of the integration of the Dark frames in Calibrate within APP, this looks to of bottomed out the amp glow!
