Description

NGC 5033 (UGC 8307, MCG 6-29-62, ZWG 189.43, IRAS13111+3651, PGC 45948) is an unbarred spiral galaxy of more than 100,000 light-years across (about the same size as our own Milky Way), located some 43 million light-years away from Earth in the northern constellation of Canes Venatici.
