It's summertime in CPH DK and the sky is bright all night, meaning it's never dark at this time of the year, but I was lucky there was a clear sky, no clouds, low wind, ... .
I have never tried to "shoot" M16 from my garden before simply because it's position, looking south close to midnight, it's standing very low in the horizon.
The two shown images are far from perfect, but I'm happy with the processing result. Please check both versions, thanks.
Narrow FOV, 16" SCT F6.2 FL app. 2.5meters, ZWO asi071MC pro cool camera and a 2" Optolong L-extreme filter & wider FOV, WO FLT-110 F7 FL app. 770mm, ZWO asi1600MM cool camera and 36mm Ha/OIII Baader filters.
Subs/frames was calibrated with darks & flats.
As usual it's taken in a light polluted area, Bortle 6 sky looking south, Bortle 7 sky the other directions/surroundings.
