Description

Originally I planned to take longer exposures at lower gain with this combination, but as I could not connect my AZ-EQ6 to the ASIAIR as my Synscan software was too old. As such guiding was not possible.,so plans changed and I decided to start serie of shorter exposures at high gain, not requiring guiding. I set the ASI071MC to the highest gain possible in the ASIAIR , being 240, as an experiment to identify how far you can push this low noise , but not so sensitive camera.
Withouth calibration the image came out remarkable well to me .
