Description

This object is a small open cluster of stars located 7000 light years away in the constellation Cassiopeia at a declination of +64 degrees. It lies just west of the Heart and Soul Nebulae. The cluster spans 4 arc-minutes in our apparent view, which corresponds to a diameter of 8 light years.

This one won't go down on my list of favorite clusters. I like clusters with bright blue and orange stars. This one has neither. I also like an interesting background, and I could not even see a galaxy in the entire background of this image. On the plus side, the cluster stands out well from the background.
