|I'm trying to download a file from my Private Shared folder and I am getting that my file has zero size. The file downloads as an empty zip file. Two small files from the Public Data Pools downloaded fine. Still no luck with bigger files.|

Die Launische DivaTry another. As part of this operation I also need to copy all the raw data files to a storage backend to another. The beta site uses the new storage backend, and the not all raw data files are there yet (I will complete the copy when I make the switch over for real).
I just tried two private shared folders of mine, one with 170 MB and another with 180 MB of data and it worked fine (but I know that all my raw data files have been already copied to the new backend.)

I have sailed for a while and the only thing to note is that some image does not appear in the page of specifications, but when passing the pointer above if it appears, do not see the indexes, but I guess it is normal until this in full operation , a part of that looks great.|

Luiz DuczmalCan you tell me what file you were trying to download? Ideally you know the download id that is in the URL of the download page. I can't reproduce from my library.

Besides the added speed, we can now enjoy the fact that the search index (and astrobin index) are always updated real-time, instead that once evert 24 hours.

Hello Salvatore, looks like there might be an issue once again. Keep getting this screen, hanging for hours, no luck with any downloads at all.
I've tried using a variety of computers and internet connections, same result. Most recent data I tried was this one…https://www.astrobin.com/rawdata/publicdatapools/103/
Hope there's a fix, these public pools like this are a great resource for noobs like me to practice with !

Now this evening when I wanted to log in on the astrobin-Site I got the information that astrobin is not a sure site so I have to write down my username and password by hand every time. Normally I have stored them and the log-in never was a problem. Is there something new ?
