After the expiration of my previous Premium plan (expired at 4/2/201, I bought a Premium plan on 5/2/2018, but it appears that I am back at the Free plan. Please take a look at it; I have already sent you a message regarding this issue via the Contact form with some more info.

sorry about this. I know there is an issue somewhere when switching from the old auto-renew subscription to the new one. I will try to fix it during next week as I have some free time. In the meantime I will fix your account manually.
