How to get an "IOTD Submitter" tag?

Hello everyone, I'm just wondering how can I get an "IOTD Submitter" tag? I have got an IOTD image and some Top Picks images, but I still can't get a yellow background behind my username. I noticed that some people have got a lot of IOTD images but still can't get an "IOTD Submitter" tag, but some people only have 1 IOTD image but they have got it. So what is the standard of being an "IOTD Submitter"? Is it the "Astrobin Index"? Or the total number of Likes?

The yellow background is for people who are part of the process to select IOTDs, not for those who receive one.

Thanks a lot. Now I got the difference. But, how are the IOTD submitters selected?

You need to respond next time a call goes out for volunteers.  Here's the last one: https://www.astrobin.com/forum/c/astrobin/annoucements/new-volunteers-needed-for-the-iotd-selection-board-2019/
