I want to try to image the same object through several nights. I don't have any go to mount, just a skywatcher eq3-2 motorised, a scope and a dslr. What things should I know /do to image in different nights.

Thanks

You can stack images from different nights much like you do with images from the same night. I have stacked images from 20+ nights, including nights in different years and with different cameras/scopes. It is of course impossible to frame the object in exactly the same way every night even if you have the same equipment and computerised Goto, it is bound to be at least a few degrees off. You will have to try to frame it as similarly as possible and accept you'll have to throw away some stuff at the edges.

And with darks? Should I make more or less 20 darks each night at the end of the session, or leave them until the last night, because maybe the temperature of each night is different from the rest.

You need to calibrate the light frames from each night seperately. You take new darks, flats and bias/flat-darks each night. DSS has groups to accomodate this. Other programs like AstroPixelProcessor or PixInsight allow you to save the calibrated light frames.

What I do is that I calibrate my light frames on the next day with all my darks/flats etc and save the calibrated light frames in my "library". That way I accumulate a set of calibrated lights over time. I can visit my library to assemble a set of lights that I want to stack. You can do much larger projects this way.
