I ordered the filter and tried to gently screw it into the 2" filter holder and it would not go past half way in without resistance, all of my other filters screw in smoothly. I sent it back in early January and it arrived at Altair January 18, they were concerned about some duty charge. Since then, I have sent emails asking for updates and get no reply. Has any one else had trouble with filter threads? Thanks, Steve |
