  1. Switching to Greenswamp Server from EQmod.
  2. Remote connection from inside to outside laptop.
  3. Dedicated guide scope/camera
  4. Temperature compensation of Focuser
  5. NINA acquisition software.

Now I can set my routine to start in the evening, go to bed at a normal time, wake up in am and its all done.

For me it was upgrading from flimsy cem25p mount to eq6-r. Second thing is AsiAir, mainly for Polar Alignment procedure, I can set up the  mount, OTA with Polar Alignment in my backyard in 10 minutes from zero.

All great stuff here!  For me it was
-Coma Corrector for my newt
-getting my EQ6R
-sharpcap polar alignment
-using a narrow band filter
-modding my DSLR
-tweaking my RA guiding algorithm to "Resist Switch" believe it or not!
-taking waay more subs than ever
-practicing processing over and over and over again (and with Photoshop, no less!)
-pushing my gear to it's limits
-focusing by hand every hour
-remoting my lapotop form indoors

-CS, Tom

I know I posted the original question, but thinking about it:  the coma corrector on my Newtonian probably has made the biggest difference to my images

There are so many different things! Some quite unexpected.

So many.   But here are the biggies:

Using Sharpcap for polar alignment
Taking calibrated flats
Dithering
Guiding using multi-star option in PHD2
Increasing total integration time per object.
Adding sequence manager like SGP or NINA to support some level of sleep and allow for more imaging time.
Adding an autofocuser
Getting out to dark skies as often as possible
Learning new post-processing techniques

ZWO ASIAir is still today the tool that allowed me to have much more free time, so much simplicity and ease of use. Having to disassemble and reassemble everything every evening is really priceless to put the tube above the mount attach only 1 cable and 5 minutes after having already made polar alignment after having already balanced the mount.
