"I was told by peers to just microwave the desiccant tablets for a few minutes and replace but tbh haven't been bothered." Cooling without even timing is working perfectly now! |

From my personal experience, ZWO is very good in service and consulting. I had a problem with ASI 1600 (strange stripes on image- flaw of Panasonic matrix). ZWO repaired camera fast and paid me back courier service fee. ASI 1600 works perfectly in any temperature, I tested in winter -27C - no frost, no dew.... Great product indeed! |

I can confirm that ZWO‘s technical support is excellent. I had a problem with the TEC of my 071 Pro and got in touch directly with an engineer of ZWO. He responded me on a dayly basis, i.e. I had continous contact with him and together we could solve my problem. I had a similar experience with QHY technical support when I had an issue with my QHY9, eventually sent it in and they replaced the main board even though it was technically out of warranty. Very impressed. |
