Nick Grundy: Hi Nick Voyager is a great software though the learning curve is a bit more steeper than NINA. I had purchased it when I was dual mounted and wanted synchronised dithering. Just my luck that NINA introduced synchronised dithering within a couple of months after i purchased Voyager license and i moved back to NINA because how easy it is to use. I believe Voyager has a 30 day trial license. You could try it out before deciding if you want to buy it. Personally though, NINA has been amazing all these years that I have been using it and the community they have build around it is extremely supportive. PLUS it can do everything that every other software in the market can do at zero cost. I honestly would buy the software if they ever add a price to it...even if it costs as much as Voyager. And even though it is free, I still support them with a monthly contribution - a small way of extending my thanks to the amazing work they are doing. Arun |

all, thanks so much for your help. I'm now running my nina sequence. Guiding looks great. I followed the plan as I noted, but also looked up this youtube for some additional tsx guidance which helped on the horizon and such https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4pbgJ24_01I |

Nick Grundy:Jeff Reitzel: *** Glad you got everything going. I doubt that old discussion was me but you never know. Yes reverse Dec after meridian flip is what you want for the MyT however it is worded in the software.*** |

All, happy to report back things are working much better now. Getting comfortable within TSX was probably the biggest hurdle, as well as the various settings on the ascom driver for TSX. I've got 2 current issues i'm tracking down if anyone can help:
thanks again to everyone for your help! CS |
