Hello Again.

I followed Nicola's suggestion and the dialog box came up and got the coordinates entered and everything was fine but I wanted to double check and restarted the computer, wanted to try again and then I was back where I was from the start, (the same error message)
I use SGL for imaging but have been thinking for a while about trying N.I.N.A for imaging and here I get this message about my issue
I have searched for time configuration but can't immediately find out about this.
So I'm asking if there are any of you out there who have encountered this problem like I have??
My new computer is Mini PC Intel NUC11TNKi5 and has Windows 11 installed.

Hello,

The mount that you use it's an HEQ5, that's correct ?

If so, are you using EQMOD ? If yes, i strongly advise you changing to GSServer. All my problems are gone since i've changed.

Now, in "Options - General", check if your site latitude and longitude are correct...

IT's important to to check if the site location match between NINA and your scope Driver.

The first time you connect the telescope on NINA, it ask  you if you want to import the location from Telescope or Export to Driver. Maybe you gave the wrong answer by mistake.

And this could be a stupid question, but the time and time zone of your computer are correct to ?

Hello again
Thank you for your help and effort on my issue.
My mounts are SW-EQ5 PRO and AZ EQ5-PRO and I use HC and not EQMOD
I updated Firmware on hand control and longitude and latitude match my location and time on computer also match my area
I have looked at GSServer and have gone through the intro video
I still get these messages

I can see that my windows is a closed version and needs an activation key and I think my setup problem lies there.
So I have to unlock windows and start over.
An astrophotography setup on a computer is certainly not always easy, but I seemed to experience too many strange things that I am completely incomprehensible.
So for now I have to unlock it and we'll take it from there.
Many thanks for your input.
