Hello from Geneva

Hello Everyone, I am quite a beginner in astrophotography, but very keen to improve my knowledge and skills to try and obtain some nice picture (what I see here is a great motivator! Thanks for sharing this !). I bought an EDGE HD 8" SCT Celestron this year but will also play with an 80mm Skywatcher ED refractor. In our small astro club, we also have a PST coronado 40mm and a H-alpha EDGE HD 8" for solar imaging. I use a Sony A6000a and a ZWO MC224. For a start I will do some solar & planetary imaging and large field deep sky depending on the seasonal and weather conditions over here. I will upload picture here that will surely not contend for "picture of the day" but for sharing with friends and family. And possibly ask some questions..
Thanks for letting me join this very nice site !
Cheers, Jan

Nobody expects a "Picture of the Day", "Pictures from Geneva" would be even greater.
Good to have you on board, Jan.
