hello every one
im considering to buy the fcd100 102mm explore scientific apo carbon fiber telescope and want to add a field flattener and reducer to this telescope.
i have a 650d canon dslr camera and wondering what kind of field flattener and reducer will be good for this setup... i saw on the internet couple of flattener/reducer and saw something for SV115 refractor and didnt know if it will be good for me...

STELLARVUE 0.8X REDUCER FLATTENER FOR SV115 WITH 3" FT FOCUSER

STELLARVUE 0.8X REDUCER FLATTENER FOR SV115 REFRACTORS WITH 2" FOCUSERS

STELLARVUE 0.8X REDUCER FLATTENER FOR F/7 REFRACTORS WITH 2" FOCUSERS

do you recommend for one of this or others?

thank you very much!!

its in the title....... with 2.5" HEX Focuser

it shall have a 2 "adapter whit it.

if you can  get the 2.5 inch..go for it..if not..the 2 inch.

3 inch wont fit.

well ,its a good  brand. stellarvue is real  good.

I have the Explore Scientific ED80 and use this field flattener (but it isn't also a focal reducer):

WilliamOptics has a 0.8x reducer thats adjustable with threads so you can get the spacing just right. Its the Flat 6A II

It threads directly onto the focuser, either M63 or M66 cant remember but should be in the details

I've been looking at just flatteners and found a couple on TS Optics too

https://www.teleskop-express.de/shop/product_info.php/language/en/info/p10264_TS-Optics-PHOTOLINE-1-0x-APO-Full-Frame-Size-Flattener-with-M68-connector.html

this should fit my Moonlight focus draw tube as well

The flattener MUST screw on - I've experience all sorts of squinting when using FF/FR in EP's - I won't go that route again - it needs to firmly screw  in place to ensure it remains parallel
