Hi, Is the TS branded "TS-Optics NEWTON Coma Corrector 1.0x GPU Superflat - 4-element - 2" connection" https://www.teleskop-express.de/shop/product_info.php/info/p6706_TS-Optics-NEWTON-Coma-Corrector-1-0x-GPU-Superflat---4-element---2--connection.html same as Skywatcher /Quattro GPU coma corrector? https://www.highpointscientific.com/skywatcher-coma-corrector-for-quattro-imaging-newtonians-s20204 Looks same but the TS says it is good for full format and the skywatcher not. Thanks Andre |

Andre Moutinho: Hi André, I have the TS optics-GPU one. It is really good. TS optics sold another GPU non-TS that was almost the same, without the ring though. I don't know if the Skywatcher is identical (it is not specified on their site if it also has 4 elements, that's important). Both are not optimal for full frame they are 2''. For full frame you need 3'' to decrease vignetting but that requires changing everything sometimes from the tube (or drilling a 3'' hole), focuser, filters... I would go with the TS. Best regards, Bogdan |

They are the same, i have that Skywatcher F4 Aplanatic and it is 4-elements, same as GPU, i am sure they are all manufactured the same but then rebranded under different name. |
