in august i will be in scotland with light pollution class 1
the moon will be at 67%. my question is whether it will be possible to get photos of the milky way clean enough despite the moon.

Most unlikely but a lot depends on the where in Scotland and when. Early on and up in the Highlands not much of a chance as the sky will be just too bright. Later on and not too far north yes. End of the month and should be well possible anywhere but chances are the weather won't cooperate. But you might be lucky...

Given the moon phase you mentioned you plan to be there the 6th of August. You can only enjoy about 3 hours of semi-darkness as there is no astronomical night till the 10th and then for just a handful of minutes (and the moon is nearly full). I'm using a location in mid-Scotland as assumption. Further north is going to be worse.
