This is my first attempts at shooting with NB filters with my osc.  Would really appreciate feedback on this one with regards to overall color in stars and nebulosity, noise, focus, and composition.  I’m especially wondering what all that “mottling” in the background is if you pixel peep.  I’m wondering if that is from APP’s star reducer tool or insufficient time on target for this filter?

This was shot with my osc and Optilong L Extreme filter.  wound up with three nights worth of data totaling almost ten hours worth.  My WO GT81 with focal reducer almost gets the entire complex but not quite.  I stacked and did basic edits in APP using the Hydrogen alpha and Oxygen III color algorithm then did tonal adjustments and sharpening in photoshop. In PS i used camera raw to reduce noise, initially before any tonal adjustments, using just a small amount.  Then did tonal adjustments, ie curves, levels, and color balance.

thanks for any comments and suggestions you might have!
