      Description

This field includes the object I like the most in the sky of our hemisphere so everytime I have the chance to capture photons from that area I do that.
I presented a first version in June 2021 with data from my place, then in August of the same year, I imaged it again under the amazing sky of the Dolomites, improving a lot the results, but I was not happy about the central bright core and its surrounding shells, so in May 2022 I tried to increase the quality of my data using the new more sensitive camera ASI2600MM. In this last case, I applied a proper planetary imaging technique (very short 100 ms frames) with the 1,5x Barlow lens, capturing more details even if from the bad sky of my place, with a 2,5-3" average seeing. In this case I processed all the frames matched together.
