Description

This image has panels to compare the Red, Green & Blue components and the resultant RGB image, as well as an NIR image and the LRGB image which resulted from its use as Luminance.

The NIR and Red images are of similar high quality and slightly better than the Green which was better again than the Blue. The seeing was fair to good.

The comparison of the RGB and LRGB images shows the value of using a sharp NIR image as Luminance when conditions allow.

This also demonstrates the colourful nature of the lunar surface.
