Description

I decided to publish this image of Theophilus and Cyrillus because I find the overlap of these two impact craters to be quite interesting. Cyrillus is the older of the two as is obvious because of the overlap of the two bears that out.

Theophilus has a diameter of approximately 100km while Cyrillus is slightly smaller at approximately 98km. Both date from in between 1 and 3.2 billion years ago. An amazing fact in and of itself.

Still trying to tame the brightness of the sunlit portions and I think this is a little better. I used a new "pro-planet 642nm" filter which seems to help with the seeing as well. I hope those that see the image enjoy it and as always, comments/critcism are welcome.
