More of the Western Veil and Pickering's Triangle regions of the Veil Nebula using the Optolong L-Enhance dual narrowband filter...

I processed these images using my typical narrowband imaging workflow: calibrating the RGB subs, splitting the subs into R/G/B channels, then processing each channel separately. I combined the G&B channels for these images

Imaged with WO GT81 at F4.7 (382 mm focal length) using Flat6A II field flattener/0.8x reducer, Optolong L-Enhance dual narrowband filter, and full spectrum modified Nikon D5300.

Pre-processed using PixInsight Batch Pre-Processing (BPP) script. Images calibrated using darks, bias, and flats. Extracted red/green/blue channels using BatchChannelExtraction script. Registered and stacked using StarAlighment and Integration. Total integration time of ~7 hours using 70 subs at ISO400x360 sec. Post-processed in Pixinsight: Cropped, gradient removal with ABE, MLT for noise reduction, stretched using Histogram Transformation Tool, Curves Transformation, TGVDenoise for noise reduction, HDR transform, Local histogram transform.

NB Version 1 = Red Channel (Ha)

NB Version 2 = Green+Blue Channels (OIII/Hb)

NB Version 4 = Starless bicolor version created using Starnet++ process
