Description

Here's the start of a projected HOO image, 5 hours of Ha on this target from last night [8/27], the first actually decent night since 8/8. Sh2-132 is a reasonably bright emission nebula in Cepheus, about as bright as parts of the Elephant Trunk. My intent is to double the Ha data to ~10 hours and match this with OIII, but will want to wait on OIII until the Moon is not a factor. Target crossed the meridian a bit past midnight; I didn't want to mix data from both sides of the pier so moved on to another object.

It was such a pleasure to finally get back in the Dome!

The original 5 hours were collected 8/27/20; an additional 5 hours were added 9/1/20 for the current final image.

Also, added Topaz Labs DeNoise AI to processing.
