Description

The Messier catalogue of Pleiades, numbered M45, is one of the open clusters. The bright open star cluster in the Taurus region forms a cluster of several bright stars in the Pleiades, hence its name. In the clear night sky of the northern hemisphere, it can be seen with the naked eye. There are usually six or seven bright stars, so it is often called the seven sister cluster
