Description

After a long hiatus, back in the Beevo Dome last night for Ha imaging, climbing my ladders carefully to open and close the shutter doors. As David suggested, in all this smoke red seems to come through, as in sunrise/set, so Ha should work[?]. Well it did pretty well. Started out rather muddy but cleared nicely, albeit with some high cirrus later on. I wanted to shoot with a single, not dual system, so opted for the Borg 55FL/ASI 2600MM combo.

Cederblad 214 is NGC 7822's wispy companion, and Sh2-170 makes a cameo south [left] of Cederblad 214. Will go after OIII and SII on subsequent opportune evenings.
