Description

It's been a year since I last imaged this, and still feel a bit clueless about processing these dusty nebulae. I think this at least looks a bit more natural and less crunchy than my last attempt so will call it a win ;-)

Stacked as LRGB and Ha in APP and recombined and processed in star-tools using the Ha as an "accent" ... didnt add much but there is a tiny bit of Ha just to one side of the main reflection nebula. Final tweaks in PS.

My upgraded Meade 12in ACF has arrived and is sitting menacingly on my dining room table so will be finishing up so images with my APM130 apo as here and then returning to the thrill and frustration of trying to image with an F8 SCT for a bit ;-)
