Description

After many weeks with clouds and no clear sky I have got yesterday the chance to take some pictures because we had one evening with nearly clear sky.

So I have tested my new NINA environment and took some lights of M42 with my Lacerta APO 72/432 and my ASI533MC onto my GEM28.

My first preprocessing gives some artefacts in the bright stars, so I think I will do a second try later, but the dark nebulae are visible as well as the three stars in the middle.

There are some halos around the stars and I am not sure why, maybe my new Optolong 2" UV/IR cut filter produces them, but the seeing wasn't really good yesterday, so that could be a reason too.
