Hey Jungs und Mädels,
Endlich konnte ich dem Epsi sein First Light geben!
Da es hier oben im Norden Deutschlands keine richtige Nacht gibt, konnte ich gerade so 1 Stunde das Telekop testen.
Ich bin ziemlich begeistert von dem Epsilon!
An der Justage muss ich noch ran, aber für "out off the box" ist das ziemlich gut für den Vollformatchip der Canon 6d!
Den Veil Nebula werde ich nun noch ein paar Stunden schenken in den nächsten Wochen.
Ein STC Duo Schmalbandfilter hab ich mir auch bestellt und sollte morgen ankommen
Dann kann ich auch mit der Canon 6d, Ha und OIII aufnehmen.
Das wird ein Spaß
Ich freue mich drauf weiter mit dem Epsilon zu arbeiten, da ich schon nach nur 1 Stunde Belichtung, und keinem dunklen Himmel, dieses Resultat vom Veil Nebula erzielen konnte.

Hey boys and girls,
I was finally able to give the Epsi its first light!
Since there is no real night up here in northern Germany, I was able to test the telescope for just 1 hour.
I'm pretty excited about the epsilon!
I still have to do some adjustment, but for "out off the box" that's pretty good for the full-size chip of the Canon 6d!
I will give Veil Nebula for a few more hours in the next few weeks.
I also ordered an STC Duo narrowband filter and should arrive tomorrow
Then I can also record with the Canon 6d, Ha and OIII.
This will be fun: D
I look forward to continuing to work with the Epsilon because after only 1 hour of exposure and no dark sky, I was able to achieve this result from the Veil Nebula.
