Description

After a summer break and after moving to a new apartment, I'm back with a new project. Bortle 6 skies here I come

This is the first project with the new Baader 3.5 / 4nm f/2 Ultra-Highspeed Filter set and I must say that I am very impressed with the results. The contrast increase compared to the old highspeed filters is enormous, the stars are much better suppressed and faint nebulae are clearly enhanced. So far I haven't noticed any halos around bright stars, which was a huge problem with the old filters and involved hours of work and processing.

Unfortunately I had to waste almost 10 hours of the HA channel, because without a fixed pier the CEM60 is a bit overloaded with the RASA 11". I have to find a better solution for the mount very soon, as I will not be able to pour concrete in the new apartment.

Nevertheless, over 40 hours have come together with a special focus on the OIII channel.
I hope you enjoy my version of WR 134.
