Description

Located about 5000 light years away from us, in the constellation Monoceros, the Rosette Nebula is an emission nebula that can be seen in the night sky from October to April. With a diameter of over 160 light years, Rosette is an accessible target for astrophotographers, making it a very popular winter target.
