Description

While the big scope was imaging M64 and the 85mm on the MiniTrack was imaging Cygnus I had a third setup, my 5" baby newton on the EQ5. I was using it for observation and then had the idea to shoot the supernova in M61 with my regular 600D. But the galaxy is very small and so is the scope. So i used my new APM 2,7x barlow. The signal was very weak with this small aperture. Maybe without the barlow would have been better. Just manual polar alignment and no guiding, like when I started.

In Processing I had to push it really hard to get something out of it. It's not a pretty picture but the SN is there and it's blue, that's all I wanted. 😄
