Description

There was a wonderful stretch of clear skies back in early November, so I took the opportunity to hunt down a far more elusive object than I have ever imaged before. Having the observatory this year made this a possible feat. Even with all the integration time, this was challenging to process. There was so much surrounding nebulosity, the "onion" or "popped balloon" was getting lost within it. I saw a video on YT about using the HaGO palette for more natural star color, so in addition to collecting H-alpha and OIII, I blended in about 3 hours worth of green data to balance things out. Comments always welcome.

Clear skies,

Chad
