Description

On 10/6 Mars was the closest to Earth that it will be until 2035. It won’t be this big or bright for another 15 years. Last night was opposition but due to the elliptical orbit of Mars, it was the closest to us on the 6th of OCT. If you can go out and see it with a telescope, binoculars or with your naked eye, I highly recommend it! It’s rising in the East and is visible all night!

This was my first attempt at shooting Mars so I wanted to give a big thanks to Matt @insertastronamehere for helping me out in AutoStakkert & Registax!
