NGC 7000 North America Nebula Ha-LRGB Rokinon 135mm

Wanted to give an Ha LRGB image a shot with the Rokinon 135mm and ASI 294mm a whirl. My goal was to see the nebulae complex within the large area around Deneb. See image A for the uncropped version . I up scaled the image using 1x1 luminance and 2x2 RGB +Ha. I also was experimenting with shorter exposure times to limit star bloat within the center pat of the Milky Way. This was an attempt to show the dark area of dust without the over star density overwhelm the image. Definitely take a look at the magnified or resolution and let me know what you think.

The North America Nebula, NGC 7000, is a hydrogen emission nebula in the constellation Cygnus. The nebula pretty easily resembles the North American land mass. The cygnus wall portion, Mexico area, is a dense area star formation that is highlighted in the image. The nebula is almost 2,600 light years from earth and measures 90 light years from top to bottom.

IC 5070 Pelican Nebula: The nebula is the famous counter part to the North American Nebula in Cygnus near the bright star Deneb that is high in the Summer sky. The nebula is located an estimated 1,800 light years from earth. The to bright stars area are irradiating the surrounding Hydrogen gas that cause the ionization of the diffuse hydrogen nebula. Also present near the neck of the pelican are two prominent dust filaments that named Herbig-Harob objects. I was exited to be able to see these formation even with the 135 mm short focal legth.

These are jets of cold molecular gas emanating from newly formed pro-stars that send the material out at several hundred kilometers per second. The bright hydrogen ridge where these structures are located is an estimated 10 light years in size with the entire hydrogen cloud 25 x 30 light years by my basic calculations.
