Some old data, from 2018, resurrected for a quickie processing. The data were acquired when Deep Sky West was testing their then new RH-305. Not too many subs per filter, but at f/3.5, a 600-second exposure goes pretty deep. One thing that certainly surprised me was the image clarity, given the -25 degree declination of this FOV and the observatories +35 degree location. (The max altitude was 30 degrees at meridian transit.)

I counted all the stars in this image--no, I didn’t--but SubframeSelector got a ~17,000 on the best L sub. A stack might have reveal more, despite the nebula obscuring quite a few.
