My third attempt at M31. Like many others, this was my first deep sky target, so I've used it to gauge my skills and equipment capabilities over time. The prognosis is that I've come a long way, but I've still got plenty to learn. I think the biggest lesson here was: don't shoot galaxies during a full moon.
