First attempt at using my new Astro-Physics Stowaway for astrophotography. It is mounted on the 6" Starfire EDF and uses the new ASI2600MC Pro for RGB imaging. See here: https://www.astrobin.com/rjr6ca/I/?nc=user

Also first steps in using Voyager's Array features for two scopes imaging in tandem with focusing, guiding, dithering in full synchronisation.

Quite pleased with the sensitivity of the ZWO CMOS - it captured vdB126 in less than 3hrs! Several versions included in this image with L coming from the April frames taken with the Moravian G4-16000 and all colour with the Stowaway and ASI2600MC. L taken at 1300mm (1.43"/px) and RGB at 490mm (1.58"/px).

There are still some backfocus spacing issues for the flatteners/reducers but with the size of these cameras they are very difficult to fully address.

Also target imaged at less than optimal altitude (40-60 degrees only) but as nights get shorter in the UK, this is the last chance until August when it will be in the evening sky and suffering from more LP.

Submitted The date and time when you submitted this image for IOTD/TP consideration.	...
Views by Submitters (available since September 19th, 2023) Every image is assigned to 50% of available Submitters. In the event that at least 80% of them don't view the image before its time in the IOTD/TP process expires, it's assigned to the other 50% of Submitters and the process begins anew.
Promotions by Submitters When 3 distinct Submitters promote the image, it moves on to the next stage of the process: evaluation for Top Pick status. This requirement, in addition to anonymization of images and distribution to only a subset of them, prevents biases and ensures that the best images are selected.
Promotions by Reviewers When 3 distinct Reviewers promote the image, it moves on to the next stage of the process: evaluation for IOTD status.
Early dismissal Staff members have a lot of images to inspect on a daily basis, and they can dismiss images if they believe they don't meet the requirements for IOTD/TP selection. If an image is dismissed 5 times, it's removed from the process. This streamlines the process and ensures that any bias present in promotions could be overruled by other staff members.
