Description

This is a heavily distorted barred-spiral or intermediate starburst galaxy in Canes venatici. I missed it last year and was happy to get enough light this season. In the spiral arms many star forming regions are visible. The nucleus is a strong radio source, and the galaxy is classified as a LINER galaxy.
