Description

Moon of 10/3/19

For the past few week the humidity has been so high that the seeing has been poor, I have not have time to work on the new imaging system for DSOs, So with keep to my rule: “When the Moon is out, shoot the Moon” I did a quick setup to capture the Moon Jupiter conjunction which I have already posted. But before that shot I did a 600 mm close up of just the Moon.

This is 5 images stacked with RegiStax 6 using the modified Canon T7i and the Sigma 150-600 mm telephoto lens set at 600 mm, f/6.3, ISO 800, and shutter speed of 1/800. The Moon at my location was at 32.4% illuminated.
